Open Access Policy

JITP: Jurnal Inovasi dan Transformasi Pendidikan, published by PT Trust Tech Indonesia Publisher, provides immediate open access to all of its published content. JITP supports the principle that scholarly knowledge should be freely accessible to the public to promote the wider dissemination and exchange of knowledge and to contribute to the advancement of research, particularly in the fields of education, teaching, learning, and educational transformation.

All articles published in JITP are made available on an Open Access basis, with no subscription or access fees imposed on readers.

Open Access Policy

Under this policy:

  • All published articles are freely and immediately accessible to anyone, without subscription or registration fees.
  • Readers may read, download, copy, share, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of published articles in accordance with the applicable license terms.
  • Published materials may be used for legitimate educational, research, scholarly, and professional purposes, subject to proper attribution and compliance with the applicable license.
  • JITP does not impose an embargo period on access to published articles. Articles are made openly available upon publication.

The journal believes that providing unrestricted access to scholarly literature enhances the visibility, accessibility, dissemination, and potential impact of research.

Creative Commons License

Articles published in JITP are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license.

Under the terms of this license, users are permitted to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format; and
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

These permissions are granted provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • Attribution — Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s), the source of publication must be acknowledged, a reference or link to the applicable Creative Commons license must be provided, and any modifications to the original work must be clearly indicated.
  • ShareAlike — If the material is remixed, transformed, or built upon, the resulting work must be distributed under the same license as the original work.
  • Users may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from exercising the rights permitted by the license.

Any use of third-party material contained within an article remains subject to the copyright and licensing conditions applicable to that material.

Copyright Policy

Copyright of articles published in JITP: Jurnal Inovasi dan Transformasi Pendidikan remains with the author(s).

By submitting and publishing an article in JITP, the author(s):

  1. retain copyright and other applicable proprietary rights to their work;
  2. grant JITP: Jurnal Inovasi dan Transformasi Pendidikan, managed and published by PT Trust Tech Indonesia Publisher, the right of first publication;
  3. authorize the journal to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, preserve, and make the article publicly accessible as part of the journal's scholarly publishing activities; and
  4. agree that the published article will be distributed under the journal's designated Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license.

Authors may enter into additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work, such as depositing it in an institutional repository, including it in a book, or using it for educational purposes, provided that the original publication in JITP is appropriately acknowledged.

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

  • use their published articles for educational and academic purposes;
  • share and distribute their published articles in accordance with the applicable license;
  • deposit the published article in institutional or subject repositories;
  • include the work in subsequent academic publications, theses, dissertations, books, or other scholarly works with appropriate acknowledgment of its first publication in JITP; and
  • reuse portions of their work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license and publication ethics.
